Here This Morning Chef Donal Skehan takes Dermot on a tour of his favourite food spots before Chef Richard Corrigan cooks an alfresco feast! Next stop is the coastal enclave of Kinsale, known as the gourmet capital of Ireland. Here there’s a chocolate masterclass, foraging for wild garlic and a lesson in seaweed. Cork is the next destination; a port city renowned for its food and produce. Dermot samples cheese, spiced beef and gets a taste of Old Cork when he tries a truly Corkonian dish of Tripe & Drisheen, mix this with an oyster farm and Rebel Gin Distillery to wash it all down and Cork is covered! Finally Dermot travels to Northern Ireland to explore the culinary scene in Belfast, a city blessed with a bounty of food and drink. His adventure finishes in the Titanic Quarter, where the world’s most famous ship was built.
